Ingredients

Serves 2 (but scales up beautifully for a crowd)

  • 2 burger patties (beef, lamb, turkey, or plant-based)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 burger buns (brioche or potato buns recommended)

  • Handful of arugula or mixed greens
